Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service also welcomes feedback on local NHS services and helps members of the public with advice, information and problem solving. They are open from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, and the service is confidential. Contact them at:
