For COVID-19 vaccinations please contact the National Booking Service to make an appointment – not your GP practice. All local sites are now available through the National Booking Service online or by calling 119. This is the best way to get an appointment for both 1st and 2nd doses if you do not have an appointment already. Please don’t hesitate, when it’s your turn to be vaccinated please do so as soon as possible. The NHS appreciates that at times the system can be busy but be assured we will make sure everyone is offered the opportunity to be immunised so please keep trying. New clinics are being set up all the time at various locations including some community pharmacies so your patience is appreciated.
We’re open Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.30 pm for appointments with a doctor or nurse. In addition on Monday and Tuesday we have appointments until 7.30pm. As well as many doctors, we have a large team of nurses offering a high level of professional qualifications and skills across a wide range of areas. Our routine appointments are 15 minutes long. We offer access to other professionals working in partnership, for example counsellors and a Mental Health Nurse.
We’re right in the centre of Swindon, just opposite the bus station.
If you would like to register with us, please give us a call. You need to live in SN1 or parts of SN2 or SN3 postcode areas to register see Map
